About

DEDICATED TO YOU AND FOR YOU

Boston has history, and Katherine Kranenburg is no stranger to historic luxury home sales. She has dual affiliations in Boston and in the Washington Metropolitan area’s premier luxury real estate brokerage. After spending 15 years working in the DC market, Katherine and her family relocated to Newton, MA.

That’s why relocation can seem like a daunting experience, but not to Katherine. Helping her clients relocate to Boston and working with referrals from Washington DC, understanding both international cities is her favorite part of why so many have called upon her help.

DRIVEN. COMMITTED. RESULTS.

Prior to real estate, Katherine enjoyed a successful career as an international consultant. Having personally relocated both domestically and internationally, she identifies with buyers seeking to relocate from urban to suburban areas and the unique challenges they face. She understands that excellent communication is key to creating a positive, stress-free experience. Her diligence, responsiveness, and drive to own every detail means repeat clients and referrals keep her busy!

REAL ESTATE IS A HUMAN BUSINESS

Katherine not only works in the Boston area – she has also chosen to live and raise her family here. She understands that choosing the right home and community for your family is important. Let her show you everything the Boston and Newton areas have to offer from an insider’s perspective. After all, she’s part of the fabric of her local community, too.
